We stayed with our family, which included my wife and myself plus adult/married children and grandchildren. 14 people total. Tons of room for everyone! The view is unmatched, the pool was warm and fun, and Monica is the best host ever! Very communicative and always responds quickly. We hired her staff to cook breakfast each morning and it was incredible! We also used them for a couple dinners and you'd be hard pressed to find a dinner in town as good as what they cooked for us. We LOVED our stay and can't wait to return!!

We stayed at Casa Mirador for my bachelorette trip and it was truly the most beautiful villa our group has ever stayed in, somehow even more stunning in person than in the photos!We were a group of 7 girls and the space was HUGE. Every bedroom was spacious with its own bathroom, and each girl had her own bed which made it so comfortable for everyone. The layout is perfect for a group getaway.The pool area was our favorite! We whale-watched right from the pool during the day (so surreal!), and at night the pool lights made it feel magical. The built-in speaker system throughout the villa was a great feature too, we easily connected through Spotify and had music going all weekend.Monica and her staff were incredible!! They welcomed us with fresh chips, salsa, and guac, gave us a full tour upon arrival, and came by daily to clean for a few hours which made everything feel seamless. The pre-stocking grocery service was perfect and we also used Monica’s staff to chef up a private taco bar lunch at the villa (which honestly was the tastiest meal of the entire weekend!!). Monica also connected us with a transportation company which made coordinating everything so easy. She checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed and was so kind to my group!We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and would absolutely love to come back in the future!!

Lifelong family memories at Casa Mirador

Our stay at Casa Mirador was nothing short of extraordinary! The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 adult travelers, offering plenty of space, comfort and a design that felt both luxurious and welcoming. The rooms and beds were comfortable making it easy for everyone to recharge and relax. What truly amazed us was how the property itself surpassed all expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos in the listing. (I challenge you to find a better view in Cabo.) The whales even kept us entertained while we were poolside!The house staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Their hospitality was unmatched and the meals they prepared were a highlight of our trip. In fact, our group unanimously agreed that their cooking was better than most of the restaurants we tried. The pool was another standout feature. Heated to perfection, it became the heart of our stay, whether we were hosting a fun pool party or just lounging while taking in the breathtaking scenery. Communication with the host was effortless from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring every detail of our trip was covered. She helped us arrange private transportation which made it simple and reliable to get around, and she even helped us secure dinner reservations at exclusive restaurants. Thank you for taking such good care of our family!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The house, Monica and her staff were AMAZING! The house and the view are breath taking. The meals were prepared by the staff and were absolutely phenomenal! 30th Birthday Girls Trip

We were blown away by the house, the amenities, the staff and the overall service. Monica and her team were so much more hospitable than we could have hoped. From the time we booked Monica was available to help answer any questions about the house and Cabo in general. She did the grocery shopping for us, arranged for our breakfasts to be prepared, provided references for an amazing yacht rental, arranged massages at the house and so much more. I would stay at this house again and again!

The pictures don’t lie

The breathtaking pictures didn’t lie. The meals were great and the ambience chill. The best part was watching the marine life swim by - manta rays, stingrays, sharks, seals, fish, whales and dolphins. A free show daily.

Incredible Villa!!!

Had a 40th birthday party here with 6 couples- what an incredible experience! Monica was amazing and accommodating, we didn’t lift a finger all week. The view is absolutely stunning. Do not hesitate and book the best house in Pedregal!

This was the most incredible trip of our lives. Monica’s home is spectacular. She is the most welcoming host. She had groceries and dinner arranged for us when we arrived, and breakfast prepared every morning. Everyone had their own beautiful room and huge bathroom. The pool overlooks the ocean and beach. Our family just left an unforgettable vacation in this home and we all want to come back as soon as possible! The house is spacious and well-appointed. Beautiful kitchen. Tons of rooms and bathrooms. Pool is great - cannot beat the view. Just phenomenal. On the cliff overlooking the Pacific. Incredible. Monica and her staff are responsive and capable - she will shop to get your group food and beverages, can line up a chef/bartender if you like (I recommend it!), will help you with cabs/transportation into town or the airport, and will also help line up any other activities. Just a great stay. Would go back to this house for sure - and I intend to. Could not recommend more. I was with a group of friends (all of us in our 40s), and every single one said this was a great stay. We loved it. Thanks Monica!!!!

Casa Mirador is Amazing

A group of 6 lifelong friends + our spouses met at Casa Mirador to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The owner Monica and her superb staff ensured we had a perfect weekend, from the house, the pool, the rooms, our staff, our food and all other recommendations (massage, bartender). Strongly recommend Casa Mirador for your next Cabo/Pedregal holiday !!

BEAUTIFUL

I cannot say enough about this amazing house, the location, and the entire experience. Monica was the most fantastic host! I had 11 of us coming for a 50th birthday celebration, so I had a lot of questions and requests, and Monica was quick to respond and so gracious. She even made sure all the grocery items I requested were there and ran out for some more things we needed while we were there. I also sent her messages while we were there when I had questions, and she was always quick to answer and so friendly. When we got to the house, the staff (Flor and Matti) greeted us. My friends were all so excited that their manners went out the door because they couldn't get over the view. They were in all different directions, like kids in a candy store! Flor took me on a tour of the house, and everything was better than I was expecting! The pictures do not do it justice at all! Every room was lovely, and the house was so clean and tastefully decorated! The location of this house really does have the best views! It is in a beautiful gated community that also is the location of the Los Cabos Pedregal Waldorf Astoria. It was nice going there for lunch and cocktails. Warning, it looks closer than it is, so if you walk, wear tennis shoes :) Flor and Matti were wonderful! They cleaned up after us, which was great since we were a bunch of moms that were getting away, so it was nice to be taken care of and not have to clean! I could go on and on about this house and our experience, but I won't because it would be a book. I will end with this; I will be back, tell everyone about this house, and genuinely feel that Monica is now a friend.

Absolutely amazing!

My husband rented this house for my 40th birthday celebration with my family and friends! We were a group of 6 couples and this house was absolutely beyond our expectations. My husband planned the entire thing so I can't say enough about the booking process and the communication with the owner but my husband said the process with Monica (the house owner) exceeded his expectations. He said she was very responsive and welcomed us like it was our home. Her staff (Flor and Matti) were amazing and their meals and services was everything we could have asked for and some. Each room was beautiful and the views outside are breathtaking. We've stayed at a lot of houses in Pedregal and I can't honestly say this houses location is by far the best! If you want a beautiful house and the easiest process this is the house for you! Thank you so much Monca, Flor and Matti!

Perfect Place

Fabulous home and host

Our family rented this fabulous house and loved every minute of it. The house is beautiful and well decorated with a great layout and AMAZING views. Gorgeous House and Location!

11 of us spent three nights at this property for a 30th birthday party and it was absolutely incredible. The pool and the view it comes with is amazing. Monica and her staff were incredibly helpful the entire time, and perfectly patient with all of my odd requests. We hired Ceppo to bartend, and we liked him so much we had him come out another day. The price for the amenities is an absolute steal. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

Casa Mirador--10 out of 10

Cant say enough about what an incredible property this is, and what a wonderful experience we had. Spacious, clean, great kitchen, gym, pool and a view that cannot be beat. The photos give you some idea of how special Casa Mirador is, but honestly they pale in comparison to the place itself. My wife and I brought our 3 teenagers and they brought a couple of friends. Everyone was blown away and we never wanted to leave. Also, there are hosts/hostesses, and then there is Monica......she is a step above by a mile. She helped with groceries, assisted with transportation to the El Farralon restaurant below, airport shuttle, covid testing, and in home chef-prepared meals (all at a reasonable price, I might add). My only hesitation about writing this review is it might make it more challenging for me to rent the property in the future. Thank you Monica for a vacation we will never forget. Chris
