Great Family/Friends Getaway

This one bedroom, one bathroom unit has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and has features you will see in no other unit.

Located on the ground floor with garden access, you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sunrise or sip on a glass of wine while the sun sets.

The living room and bedroom both offer beautiful garden and ocean views with sliding glass doors that open to the patio where you will find a gas grill, a table with seating for 4 and 2 loungers perfect for relaxing or sunbathing.

The living room features a new queen memory foam sofa sleeper and a 55” Samsung Smart TV so you can access your favorite networks. Also included is a hotel safe for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a filtered water system and is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. A starter supply of coffee pods is provided to use with the cuisinart coffee maker.

In the bedroom you will find a California King bed with a lighted etching on the back wall along with a 55” Samsung Smart TV. There is a dresser and a closet providing ample storage.

The bathroom features an extra large shower with an etched glass door, a rain shower head, a hand held shower head and a washer/dryer.

The unit has free WiFi and free phone service for calls to the United States and Canada. There are dominoes, playing cards and books available for your use.

Misiones resort maintains a 24/7 guard gated entrance and is a very safe community. There are two large swimming pools, a swim up Palapa bar and free parking. There is a small convenience store located on site with Costco and Walmart nearby.

There are two beaches both located a 5 minute walk from the condo: Monuments Beach (surfing) and Cabo Bello Beach (no vendors)

Two wonderful restaurants are also located within walking distance of the condo. Puerta Vieja is located at the top of the hill (great fresh fish) and the famous Sunset de Mona Lisa is a short 5 minute walk from the condo. Both restaurants provide spectacular views into Cabo San Lucas and the Arch.

A short 10 minute ride puts you in downtown Cabo San Lucas. If you do not have a car, there are always taxis available at the entrance to Misiones. The fair runs about $25-$30 each way depending upon the number of people in your group. Uber is also now available in Cabo.

Transportation service, pre stock service, fishing excursions and massage services can be arranged prior to your arrival. Please advise if you’re interested in any of these services.

Host Charles was responsive & helpful. Same for Prop Mgr Antonio. Condo is lovely & well appointed. Very comfy king bed. Lovely bedding. Nice dishes & cutlery. Great appliances. Water filtration system was a bonus! Lots of towels. Patio is spacious with a beautiful view of ocean & 2 loungers plus table & chairs & bbq. Pool area plays great music that shuts down very early. It’s a very peaceful spot. Bring bug spray as there are some mosquitoes. Be prepared to Uber everywhere. We enjoyed lovely meals at Jazz on the Rocks (fabulous view) and Sead. Would def go again! TY Charles.

Amazing condo, great beach!

We loved our 5-night stay! The condo is impeccable - gorgeous updated kitchen and bathroom, beautiful wood details and a filter under the sink in the kitchen for clean drinking water.Our teenage son stayed on the pullout coach and said it was very comfortable. The king bed in the bedroom was great.We loved having such a large outdoor space on the patio and ate all of our meals al fresco. We had a couple of questions about the property when we arrived. Charles was very responsive and assured us that we could get in touch with him any time.The pool bar was an inexpensive place to eat for dinner. I have celiac disease, so I am always a little concerned about dining out. But the waiters were fantastic! The beach had great snorkeling. It's in a beautiful bay. We even saw whales from the beach!Overall, we highly recommend this property. Wouldn't change a thing!

FINE CONDO

This condo is a winner!

This was our second stay at Los Misiones having stayed in a different unit two years ago. The property manager, Antonio, was very helpful and genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable. He was especially helpful and patient in teaching me how to access the cable channels I like to watch - although the subscription had expired and needed to be reactivated. The Los Misiones staff was also very friendly. The unit was well stocked and the appliances worked well. Did wish that the handheld shower wasn’t positioned so low on the wall - the overhead rain shower was fine, but the spray wasn’t as effective as the one on the handheld. The bed was quite comfortable. The patio area was very spacious and even though it was a first floor unit it was set on a hill well above the pool area so privacy was not an issue. We’re retired and Misiones is ideal for folks like us who are looking for some tranquil days largely spent relaxing by the pool. In my opinion it wouldn’t be a place where we’d take the grandkids. We Ubered everywhere, very prompt, safe and inexpensive - a fun part of the trip. Whale watching was a highlight of the trip along with hitting a number of restaurants - some of the best and most authentic meals were a couple of blocks off the wharf area.

This condo is fantastic. The complex is very nice, safe and quiet. Food and drinks at the cantina are wonderful. We could have spent all our time there. Pool is very nice. Beach is close. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Chuck’s place. The unit was perfectly located in the complex overlooking the main pool. We loved having breakfast on the patio watching the whales and spending our days at the beach swimming and snorkeling. The resort is super relaxing and quiet, sunsets at the infinity pool are amazing, the Thompson next door is great for drinks and Ubers to medano always come quickly. The unit itself is very clean and well stocked - very much appreciated that Chuck treats his guest like adults by providing full packs of dishwasher pods, washing machine fluid, etc. vs rationing like many other hosts. The kuerig pods were an extra special touch along with the beach chairs and umbrella and a great bbq on the patio. Parking at the resort was simple and easy and I think a few dollars a day. We’ve already booked our next stay in the complex (unfortunately Chuck’s place was already booked or else we would have come again). Thanks for the perfect vacation!

Loved the view from the unit over-looking the pool and a peek at the ocean beyond. The ambience of listening to the music and sounds from the pool bar - extra points for that! Comfy bed! Ground floor making it extremely convenient to get to - no stairs! Will hopefully stay again.

Cabo San Lucas adventurer

The unit was clean, but sitting on the patio was a bit of a challenge due to the misquotes. And while the fold out bed in the couch was super comfortable (loved the memory form hide a bed), there were no sheets provided. We used the quilt from the bedroom and mattress pad cover to make due. The rest of the faculty was nice. You can tell that the grounds used to be lovely, but something happened to kill off all of the plants in front of our unit. The people at the security check point were awesome as well as the folks at the poolside bar/snack shack. We would stay at this complex again.

Exceptional Condo in Cabo San Lucas

This condo at Misiones # 4108 was exceptional in many aspects. We had an amazing view of the pool gardens and the Sea of Cortez along with privacy. The accommodations were all up dated along with the best appliances.Very neat and clean with beautiful tile throughout. We did not rent a car however had many drivers ready to go. We used Brown's Private Service s for pick up and back to the airport. Very efficient. There were many positives and would higly recommed this condo and would stay there again.
