You will love walking into this 3 bedroom high end luxurious condo! It is located in Cascadas in Pedregal, with 24 hour security. Cascadas is situated on the mountainside that overlooks the downtown San Lucas area, marina, and Sea of Cortez. You will not be disappointed with the view this condo offers!

There is a full size kitchen with all of the appliances and utensils that you may need to cook a gourmet meal at home. The open livingroom/diningroom floor plans allows plenty of space for your group of 6 or less to move around and feel comfortable.
The master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with gorgeous granite tile and new appliances. Hot water is also available in the property. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can also be converted into a King bed if needed. The 3rd bedroom connects to the guest bathroom, so that it can be closed off as an ensuite bathroom if you prefer.

You will have access to a gym onsite. There are 2 community pools that you can access with plenty of loungers, tables, and chairs for a nice relaxing day at the pool! There are built-in BBQ stations as well if you choose to grill out by the pool.

You are a short 15 minute walk to downtown San Lucas where there is plenty to see and do like the marina, mall, restaurants, shopping, and the Medano Beach!
