Hacienda Beach Club never disappoints. Unfortunately, we were told this unit had an ocean view but it did not, so we had to scramble to make other arrangements with another company. There were a few miscommunications (we requested grocery delivery but did not receive) but Arturo did help us with airport transportation which was nice. The unit itself is very nice.

We have stayed at the Hacienda before and we will keep coming back. The location is excellent, the staff is top notch and the amenities are fantastic. The only area of improvement I would suggest is that this specific residence/condo claims it can sleep 4, which it can with one king bed and a sleeper sofa. However, the kitchen lacked the necessary number of place settings. There were 4 glasses, 4 plates, 4 bowls, etc. While this was sufficient, it was necessary to wash dishes after each meal to have clean dishes for the next meal, not something I wanted to spend time doing. There is easily enough cabinet space to fit more flatware and I would recommend doing so as a way to improve the overall experience for guests.

Our stay was incredible. The unit was spacious and clean. The resort could not have been more beautiful. Our host, Alonso, was great. He helped us in advance with booking transportation, met us at the property when we arrived, and helped to get us dinner reservations.We would absolutely rent thru Arch Cabo Luxury Rentals again.
