Above and beyond customer service

While at the front desk I realized I forgot my pack with my passport / $ / ID / credit cards and $1000 worth of fishing reels in a unmarked taxicab in CABO San Lucas , Mexico . Hotel manager arranged a city wide call out to all cab companies ASAP . My pack was returned within 30 mins with everything intact . Never had problems with Expedia before

hotel had no record of reservation so husband had to go elsewhere due to no rooms. Rating only due to not being able to stay. No problem with refund from Expedia. Very apologetic. Would still use Expedia. Last minute booking.

Hotel con personal agradable y dispuesto a ayudar

El hotel está muy cerca de la playa y de todos los puntos turísticos, 5 minutos máximo caminando. Seguridad a sus alrededores. El personal del hotel es súper amable y te da buenas recomendaciones de qué visitar y dónde comer. El único aspecto negativo sería que está en un segundo piso y no tiene elevador, todo lo demás muy bien.

Buen servicio para el precio que se pago,, lo unico que no me gusto es que no tenian la informacion de la reservacion a la mano y me hicieron buscarla, pues yo no le llevaba tampoco, solo mi nombre,, y se perdio algo de tiempo.
