Situated in the private community of El Pedregal known as the “The Beverly Hills of Cabo San Lucas,” this gated community offers 24/7 security, cobblestone streets, exotic vegetation, and a beautiful beach.

Los Cabos is a growing resort area and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or schedules, however, we will do our best to assist should there be an inconvenience.

By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break groups not permitted. Bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.

Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.

Beautiful home with very nice amenities in every room. Great condition, great seating areas inside and out, our extended family loved it. Pedregal is a community with beauty, comfort and safety. The streets are steep and you will most often want to take a car to leave the area.

Amazing house, Amazing rental agency, Amazing week in Pedregal

We travelled to Cabo San Lucas with our 2 boys: 4.5 and 1 year old, our friends with their 1 year old and our au pair. Everyone had privacy in the home, and after moving up some breakables, it was reasonably toddler-proofed. La Casa Benedica is probably the best-appointed rental home we've ever stayed in. From the real-home feel of the artwork and furnishings, to the kitchen gadgets and beach equipment that actually all worked, we all felt at home here for the week. Cabovillas.com is the property management company and was very communicative through the whole process. We requested some baby gear and a dinner with butler service the first night and they more than delivered on both! (it took the entire week to finish the guac from this first night service). The concierge and the house keeping staff were attentive and had quick answers to our questions. We will definitely come back!
