Condo A 209 – Casa Buena Vista - Marina Sol Resort

Located on the second floor of the A building this condo has 2 elevators for access or you can easily just walk up one flight of stairs. The spacious master bedroom has a large window that opens to the outside terrace and features a King size bed and a large private bathroom featuring marble counter tops and double sinks and the shower is all in marble. The second bedroom has direct access to the outside terrace and features a King size bed and an adjoining bathroom that also has marble counter tops and shower is in marble. Both bedrooms have A/C, ceiling fans and big closets, Master bedroom has a hotel safe.

The spacious living room has comfortable furnishings and pocket doors that open to the terrace and bring the outside living atmosphere inside. Living room also features a 60-inch big screen smart TV with 400 channels to choose from as well as a blue tooth player and there is high speed fiber optics wireless internet available thru the whole condo.

The full-size Modern Kitchen features granite counter tops, high end appliances and a dining table for 6 guests as well as everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. There is also a work station in the Kitchen if you need space to work from with your Lap Top

The 60-foot-long private terrace is the best part of the condo and gets morning sunshine to start the day. Terrace has seating for 6 guests in the outside table as well as a small bar area and some high back swivel bar stools to enjoy the beautiful view of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard area. The huge terrace also has a beautiful built in BBQ with side burner so you can grill whatever you like while on vacation in paradise.

This is a very nice condo located in the main A building. View is awesome and condo has everything one could want. Only downside is both bedrooms need new matresses(way to hard).

Perfect Christmas in Cabo !

The condo was clean and comfortable. Ivan was helpful and available for questions during our stay. We loved the condo and enjoyed the view of the grounds and pool. Gorgeous sunset skies from the balcony. The property itself was well-kept. We enjoyed the pool area and pool restaurant/bar and its kind and friendly staff. Property is well situated : a short walk to Chedraui for groceries, cafes, restaurants and the Marina and downtown area. We enjoyed a most excellent Christmas vacation !

The staff at the poolside bar and grill go above and beyond any expectations to make sure you enjoy your stay. Here are just some of the highlights of our stay: - The Booking Process was easy, straight forward with all questions answered "to-the-point"; - Check-in was quick, hassle-free ( the Property Manager has a staffed office in the lobby) and in no time we were taken upstairs and shown the condo; - The condo exceeded our expectations...beautifully furnished and equipped: two large bedrooms, each with its own facilities, located at each end of the condo, with the living, dining and kitchen (fabulous) sections in between...not to forget the super big terrace with breathtaking views of the city (especially at night) and the surrounding mountains; - Marina Sol Condominiums & Resort is located right in the middle of everything: beach...marina...Paraiso shopping mall...restaurants...convenience stores...night life, as well as public transportation, in case you want to go "local" (quite an experience - ALL within walking distance; - Resort amenities: Large adult and kiddy pool with the Oasis Pool Bar & Restaurant and grass gardens througout...the lobby Tequila and Wine Bar...Full concierge service and a small convenience store! A FANTASTIC week and we sure will be back...soon! Our compliments to the owner! PS The weather? Don´t worry, it´s always...perfect - remember the famous song: "It never rains in Southern (Mexican) California!
