This was a late booking as our booked property canceled on us 10 days prior to travel (owner passed)! Fortunately it there were quite a few options in and around Cabo and we landed on this one. The host, Michaela, was responsive and extremely helpful. We had a small issue upon arrival which she resolved immediately. The host also accommodated two in our group for an extra night when the fell ill the night before departing; thank you Michaela! The property itself was perfect for three couples and well represented by the pictures. It was very clean, well apportioned, close to town. Of note, the beds were really, really comfortable! I find this is often not the case in VRBO rentals and a place they skimp! We were easily able to gather and cook both in the kitchen and on the outdoor grill. The weather was a little cool, but we still made use of the clean and beautiful pool on the lower deck which had a nice view of the marina. The property is short walking distance to the marina and all the shops and restaurants; very nice as parking is hard to come by. Though no fault of the property owner and/or host, the close proximity to the marina area also means you get quite a bit of noise from the clubs in the late night/early morning. It is definitely noticeable even with the doors and windows shut, some times until past 4 AM. It didn't bother me much, however, the ladies in our group did say it kept them up on occasion. All in all a great stay. I would absolutely stay again!
