My overall experience with the property was amazing, and the staff were very accommodating throughout my stay. However, I attended a presentation to learn more about their membership program, and while we were initially told there would be no pressure to buy, the experience turned out quite differently. After my friend and I expressed that we weren’t interested, the salesperson continued to lower prices and offer different packages in an attempt to convince us. This made us feel very uncomfortable and wasted a lot of our time. The food was excellent overall, but unfortunately, on the last night of my stay, I suffered from severe food poisoning after eating at the hotel. I was vomiting and had diarrhea throughout the night, which was especially distressing as I had a flight the next morning. My friend contacted the front desk for help, and they arranged for a doctor to see me. The doctor confirmed it was food poisoning and prescribed medication, but it didn’t help—and to make matters worse, I was charged nearly $400 for the visit. Given that the illness was caused by food served at their hotel, I expected more care and consideration from the management, but no one seemed particularly concerned. Sadly, due to this experience, I will not be returning.

Hotel is beautiful and food is great, however, service was subpar. We waited over 1 hour to be brought to our room and while we waited, we were forced to listen to a pitch about becoming a member to commit to x number of stays over the next 10 years for a certain price. The timing of this, being that we hasn’t even checked into our room, felt very _____. We ended up agreeing to it after discussing among our group

Disappointed by the Service Despite a Beautiful Property I had high expectations staying at Nobu, especially given its reputation and the price point. Unfortunately, the service did not match the setting. From check-in to check-out, the experience was underwhelming. The staff lacked the warmth and professionalism I’ve come to expect from luxury hospitality. We also booked transportation through the hotel, and at the end of the ride, the driver asked for a tip before we even had a chance to offer one—something we always do. The way it was handled came across as pushy and unprofessional. I typically stay at the Esperanza Hotel and was hoping Nobu would offer a comparable experience, but it fell short. The property itself is beautiful and has great potential, but the service seriously needs improvement. Until that’s addressed, I would not recommend it for those expecting a true luxury experience.

Our host we asked to schedule us into Nobu restaurant she never got us the reservation and then we had to wait until seating was available. We asked her at concierage rep for a taxi she got everything done late. Adult pool to help us with and it was not done the way we asked for it. Experience was horrible.
