Room was spotless staff was very helpful in every aspect. The room was spotless and they provide free water. The only thing to be aware is they don’t allow taxis into the premise to pick you up only to drop you off. If you’re leaving their property it has to be in their transportation service. That being said they provide excellent transportation services.

We had a wonderful time at Nobu. The staff is incredibly attentive, and Antonio and Jean Paul did an excellent job. The grounds are lovely, and the food at Nobu is always a treat.

Our stay at Nobu was everything we hoped it would be. The understated elegance of the hotel was refreshing. The staff throughout the hotel was outstanding, our private concierge Jose made sure all our needs were met and more. The hotel is beautifully made. Most of the staff is superb. Pick this hotel for a quiet, upscale getaway. Do not pick this hotel if you want to be entertained, have fitness classes, get to anything in Cabo easily, live out your foodie dreams, or swim in the ocean. The super cons: our concierge was absent. There was NO entertainment (well there was a dj at the pool that played music at undetectable levels and there was a live band at one of the restaurants). There is no pool entertainment director, no activity schedule, nothing. Our room and carpet could have been cleaner.

Room was great. Pool(s) were small Food was terrible (breakfast, lunch at the pool side restaurants) Its 20 min drive to the gate (they charge $20 for that service) with no uber pick up allowed Main issue was the poor food and no alternatives (40 min drive to get anywhere)
