Not worth the trouble
This hotel is very overrated. They don’t honor the details or perks promised in the reservation. I had two rooms and both had cleanness issue and to switch rooms as a result. Most of the staff are unfriendly—some even rude and expert in misinforming you. The only positive was one staff member who truly gave excellent service and tried to help. But when you’re on vacation, you shouldn’t have to deal with so many hassles. Each problem we faced took at least an hour to resolve.
The common area on the property is beautiful but The location is also very inconvenient—far from everything. Be careful with Uber: you’ll get charged, but the hotel doesn’t allow them inside, which makes things even more difficult. To make matters worse, after more than two months, I’m still waiting to receive the proposal I requested from their event department.
Overall, not worth the trouble .
