Our beautiful two-story vacation home with 3,412 sq ft of living space inside the exclusive gated community of La Vista Residences. There are three furnished terraces for outdoor relaxation: one off the main room, one with a pool and covered dining, and the is a stunning oceanview rooftop terrace lounge with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, sofas, bar seating and spectacular views of Sea Cortez and El Arco!

As you enter, you’ll be greeted by the luminous open-plan layout. The spacious living room area has plenty of comfy seating and a SmartTV for downtime moments at home. One of the sofas opens to a single pullout bed. There is a round conversation-style dining table with 6 cushioned chairs for peaceful meals at home.

There’s a large and fully equipped kitchen with a center island, quality appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Plus, there are extras like a coffee maker and coffee, blender, toaster, and dishwasher for easy clean-ups!

When it’s time to rest, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms designed to ensure a good night’s sleep:

⦁ Bedroom 1 – Plush king bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and direct access to the pool area.
⦁ Bedroom 2 – Two queen beds with direct access to the pool area.
⦁ Bedroom 3 – One double/full bed.

You’ll have WiFi for working or streaming TV, parking on-site, and access to community amenities like a seaview pool and palapa dining area.

The location is close enough to town to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing and soothing.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the community amenities on-site.

You’ll be in the exclusive gated community of La Vista Residences, close enough to downtown Cabo San Lucas to be convenient and far enough away to be relaxing and soothing. You’ll be about a 7-minute drive from downtown and its stunning beaches, dining and shopping options, restaurants, nightlife and more. For groceries, just a 3-minute drive from Costco and 5 minutes from Walmart.

Our property is conveniently located just 9.7 km (6 miles) from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), ensuring a quick and hassle-free arrival and departure. Once you land, you’ll be just a short drive away from starting your vacation.

To make the most of your stay and explore everything Los Cabos has to offer, we highly recommend renting a car. With a vehicle, you’ll have the freedom to discover nearby beaches, local restaurants, golf courses, shopping areas, and other attractions at your own pace. For your convenience, the property offers outdoor parking right on-site.

If you prefer not to drive, there are still plenty of options to get around. Uber service operates in the area, providing an easy and reliable way to move between beaches, restaurants, and points of interest. Additionally, public transportation is available and can be a budget-friendly option for exploring local spots.

- Travelers must be at least 27 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- The home is two-stories, so guests will need to climb stairs.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules at the complex must be respected.
No smoking inside the condo. A $200 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
