NO CLEANING FEE!!!! This is a modern studio in Mavila, a brand new neighborhood inside the double gated golf course/resort community of Quivira Los Cabos, ranked in the top 100 golf courses in the world and designed by Jack Nicklaus. Super quiet, peaceful and safe! Located just 2 miles to the beach and 5 miles to the downtown marina. We have an on-site pool, jacuzzi and gym and also free access to the restaurants, bars and spas of 4 Pueblo Bonito Resorts. Renting a car is highly recommended as Quivira is very large and spread out with 1,800 acres of amenities. You may also rent a golf cart if you choose not to leave the gated community. Taxis are also readily available. Uber is not allowed to enter the gates to pick you up but they can drop you off.

With your reservation, you will automatically receive 25% off rounds of golf at Quivira Golf Course and that includes all you can and eat and drink at all comfort stations.

You will also receive 20% off at all restaurants, bars and spas of 4 different Pueblo Bonito Resorts (no pool access allowed at the resorts unless an all-inclusive meal plan is purchased through the resort).

We have lots of hiking and mountain bike trails. Seasonal whale watching and turtle releases from the beach, in addition to year round surf fishing. The Q-Life weekly calendar of events have activities for you as well.

There are several local grocery stores 3 miles away. Costco and Walmart are located 10 miles away. There are additional restaurant options just outside the gate and within a 15 minute walk. The Market at Sunset Resort can also deliver food and drinks right to your door.
