Disliked: Cleanliness
We made a reservation 6 months in advance for this Penthouse unit. Immediately before our arrival the Host failed to contact us, did not follow through with any information, and, to add insult to injury, cancelled our reservation, that we had paid for in full, while we were literally at the Front Desk trying to checkin. The Grand Solmar is very much aware of the reprehensible behavior of this Host.
