This beautiful 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, 2400 square foot. The property has 2 masters bedrooms on the first floor, each with a full bathroom and walk-in closet. In addition, you have access to the pool through the rear sliding doors that each bedroom has.

On the second floor are the living room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room, 3rd bedroom and the third full bathroom, from there you can see the famous arch and the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean or watch the cruise ships go by at sunset.

This home is waiting for lively guests to enjoy and appreciate, it’s gorgeous views the Pacific Ocean. Cabo San Lucas where you enjoy the most stunning sunsets you have ever seen.

The Villa has a private and community pool that can be accessed at any time. Please, keep in mind that there is no lifeguard on duty. This villa offers 4 rooftop decks that allow you to have a 360-degree view of Los Cabos. One of the decks has a well-equipped barbeque that can be used for your convenience.

Casa La Vista is fully furnished home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. It is situated in El Tezal, Cabo San Lucas. The home has wireless internet access, a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and Disney services, air conditioning in each room, and a washer and dryer.
The patio offers picture perfect ocean views, Mountains, sunsets It’s a place to gather your thoughts, have a cocktail, Barbeque, relax or watch the sunset.
Downtown Cabo San Lucas proper 5/7 minutes away with shopping, clubs, restaurants.

There are 2 master bedrooms downstairs (first floor) 1-Master bedroom a king size with a walking closet (sleep 2), 2-master bedroom with two full size trundle beds (sleep 6) with a huge walk-in closet, and the 3-Bedroom is located on the (second main floor) with an adult size bunk bed (sleep 4).

Across the main road you have the best tacos in town, a café and Costco market, which makes life easier.
We are happy to introduce you to our house-manager, Jose, who would love to help you arrange excursions, fishing, extra cleaning services and if you would like these additional amenities. Carlos will meet you at the house upon arrival, so you are free around!

We are happy to accommodate your pets, but we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

-Furniture Restrictions: Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, couches, and chairs. Please bring a pet blanket or cover if your pet is accustomed to being on furniture to help protect our space.
-Size and Weight Limit: We have a weight limit of 25Lbs for pets.
-Pet Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended in the apartment. This helps prevent any potential damage and ensures your pet's safety.
-Outdoor Areas: When taking your pet outside, please ensure they are on a leash and that you pick up after them.
-Cleaning: We ask that you clean up any pet hair or messes before check-out. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is needed due to your pet.
-Behavior: Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and does not disturb other guests or neighbors.
