This was the least relaxing vacation I have ever taken, with the exception of a Disney vacation, but that was for obvious reasons. The hotel is built very poorly, which is reflected in the amount of noise you can hear in your room. We selected a Tower Room, which comes with a small pool on your first floor patio. The pool pump would turn on at 6:30 am. There was clearly something stuck in the return lines, because the sound the pool made was so loud that you could hear it from the main pool. This would wake us up at 6:30 am. I do own a swimming pool sales and service company, so I can confirm that this is not a normal pool sound. Also, none of the other pools made the loud sound. I reported the issue to the butler assigned to our room, but the issue persisted. We would have to call the front desk each time to ask that they have maintenance turn off the pump in the morning or turn it off at night, so we could sleep. Next, the walls and floor were so thin that we could hear the stream of the man's urine in the room above us hit the water in the toilet, we could hear the flush of the toilet, and then could also hear the water flowing down the pipes behind the wall of the bed. I am not sure what was happening in the room above us, but it sounded like the people were rearranging the furniture all day and night, by solely dragging each item across the floor. The steakhouse was by far the worst experience and worst food of the trip. Stay away.

The staff at this resort goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful. We have been to a lot of AI resorts and the food at this resort exceeds most of them! The pools were beautiful and kept clean. The drinks were great too!

Not very helpful, Shuttles that are not prebooked were terrible.. servers were great! All the great things were outside of the hotel. They need to get rid of timeshare people in the lobby VERY pushy.

We really enjoyed this resort. It was very quiet as it was adults only and did not seem to be fully occupied. We never had any issues getting a pool chair or reservations in the restaurants. The one thing we did not like was there was nothing to do in the evenings. There's no live music or shows or entertainment. So it was very quiet. You could take shuttle to their other resorts and use their facilities. But I'm not sure if they had evening entertainment. The food was really good at Resort and next door at Sunset Resort which you could access with a quick shuttle ride. Marco the food and bev manager was excellent and very helpful
