A 5 minute drive from Cabo's nightlife, Marina, Medano Beach and dining. Building has a POOL and my place has an amazing aerial PANORAMIC VIEW to the city and the Mountains. My OUTDOOR TERRACE has it all to offer and gives you incredible vibe of Mexican culture.Don't have a car? Use very cheap and short UBER trips locally. Perhaps its a nice 15-20 minute stroll ( WALK) to all the fun. Close to Playa Medano, Cabo's only swimmable public beach. FREE PARKING for one car on-site. I highly recommend to rent a car if you wish you to explore Cabo's region as it is very spread out.

As you exit the living room you’ll find an amazing large BALCONY/TERRACE with full aerial l view of the city on the left side and the panoramic view of the mountains on the right side, plus facing new development of our neighbors complexes building which is beautifully reflecting Mexican culture and style.
Ideal spot to meditate and get some rest after busy day of adventures or having morning coffee or late afternoon cold drink and enjoy fresh air and yourself.
My place has it all you need to make Cabo your home. TOWELS , SHAMPOO, CONDITION-AIR, super fast WI-FI and and 32"SMART TV. Fully air-conditioned, but during the "winter" months, it's great to leave the windows open and turn on the ceiling fans that are in every room.

There is a community pool on-site, however, I always suggest Cabo's many beautiful beaches! It make no sense to come to Cabo and stay at the pool :))

Need to stock up for your vacation in paradise? There's a Super Walmart less than 10 minutes away by car, or shop like a local at La Comer (also about 10 minutes away).

AS a SUPER HOST job in addition I always overwhelm my guests after their check in with list of places to visit and serve them every single minute with any needs they may have during their stay at my place. I also have a private concierge service on site available.
This is my vacation home. I will personally handle your reservation, but we have set up our property for self check-in. Of course, we're always a phone call or text message away should you need any help. We are here to serve you!
The area where my Condo is located considered one of the wealthiest and most exclusive of Cabo San Lucas' neighborhoods. The hillside area is perhaps best known for its luxury resorts and rental properties, but also boasts the most spectacular panoramic views of the Marina, Bahia San Lucas and the entire city.
The big benefit that my place is also located very close to world-class restaurants, golf, and boutique shopping malls and some superb spa services.
Cabo San Lucas itself is known for its water sports. Fishing has always been a big exciting draw for locals and tourists who comes to visit.
When you come and stay at my place you most experience sunset on the ARCH snorkeling and diving are the best locations that you can wish for.
Visiting beach-goers will have no problems finding companies that offer kayaks, surfboards, wave runners, and other water-based rental equipment so as most luxurious beach front bars and restaurants with best service and almost every day live music.
If you walk down to visit Marina's don't miss the top attractions, with dolphin swims and encounters that are fun for the entire family.
Also my neighborhood has known as the perfect quiet spot which is only steps away from most famous Cabo San Lucas nightlife. Up on the hill but only steps away from superb live music, high quality bars with amazing local seafood, and premium tequila-flavored cocktails.
To truly capture the Cabo style, don't forget to visit local jewelry stores here, art galleries, local museums and parks and the town also features plenty of high-end shopping courtesy of Puerto Paraiso Mall and Luxury Avenue. Most say that traditional arts and crafts remain popular souvenir items, and resort clothing is available at several local boutiques.
