To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for all guests and to protect the integrity of the property, the following house rules are strictly enforced:

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests total, including children and infants.
No unregistered guests are allowed at any time.
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
Visitors
No outside visitors or gatherings are allowed without prior written approval.
Any unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Pets
Pets are only allowed if pre-approved and registered prior to arrival.
Unregistered pets are strictly prohibited and will result in penalties and possible eviction.
Noise & Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior at any time.
Violations may result in immediate removal from the property.
Smoking
No smoking inside the unit under any circumstances.
Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees and penalties.
Illegal Activity
No illegal activities of any kind are permitted on the property.
This includes but is not limited to drugs, unauthorized commercial activity, or any behavior that violates local laws.
Care of the Property
Guests are expected to treat the home with respect and care.
Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required will be charged accordingly.
Security & Access
Do not share access information, keys, or entry codes with anyone outside your reservation.
Always lock doors and windows when leaving the unit.
Parking
Use designated parking areas only.
The property is not responsible for vehicles or belongings left inside.
Compliance
Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in:
Immediate termination of your stay
Loss of security deposit
Additional fees or penalties
