* This villa includes a spacious terrace complete with a wet bar, dining table and chairs sitting area and grill.
* Large fully equipped kitchen with stainless large and small appliances and everything you'll need to prepare a meal, all you need is your fresh caught fish!

Master Suite:
* The master suite has a kind bed with a pillow top mattress, sitting area, sliding doors to the terrace and a desk for working remotely. The ensuite has his and her sinks sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and plenty of closet space.

Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.

Villa La Estancia is an award winning resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Food was excellent, though very pricy once service tax and Vattax are added, but town is an easy 20 minute walk with everything you could want. Fun Getaway

This was the best rental we have ever done. Really luxurious and crisply new feeling. All of the people we came in contact with at the resort we so good. The place is incredible and the beds are sooooo comfortable. I highly recommend using their airport transport and the doormen are quick with nice taxis when you want to go into town. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Stayed the week with my husband and two girls. Rooms were as described and week was great. I’ve stayed at the resort twice before and it’s the perfect location to be able to walk to town. Wonderful Stay

This is my second time staying at Villa Estancia and again it did not disappoint! I went with my two girlfriends from college (life long friends) and had the best stay. We felt safe on and off of the resort. Very easy to get a cab to go into town for dinner. We also walked it a few times. The best feature is the 3 full bathrooms!! I will be returning!
