The Space:

This two-bedroom condo is a serene retreat featuring ocean views and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.



Living Room: The bright living room is designed for relaxation, with a smart TV, comfortable seating, and large windows to let in the natural light and offer ocean views.



Kitchen and Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals, featuring all essential appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area seats four, and the private patios provide space for outdoor meals.



Bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: King-size bed, en-suite full bathroom with a shower

- Bedroom 2: King-size bed with easy access to the second bathroom

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
