Tesoro is a fantastic place to stay. The location can’t be beat. The staff were very helpful and were quick to help. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The breakfast every morning was delicious with tons of choices.

Exterior of building needs some repairs. Saw grouping of 5-6 rooms that were in total disrepair from looking at their balconies. Pool needs cleaned more often, lots of dead flies in the water.

We had a lovely stay. The staff is very nice, polite and welcoming. The view from our room was outstanding. The only Complaint is That the water pressure in the shower could be improved. We would definitely go back😊

Overall this is a cost effective vacation option. Staff are friendly, food quality is good. We were here in 2023 April and restaurant Agave Azul was not open. This year we thought it’s been 2 years, any renovation should be ready by now but it’s not. Vista rooftop provides breakfast buffet, it’s not a huge selection but the food quality is there. Lighthouse restaurant is good as before but the speed is a bit slow. We will be back in the future and hope there’s improvement for agave azul restaurant!

I arrived a few hours before my other friends in group. One had a birthday so I asked to decorate their room before they arrived. Reception desk was super accommodating, escorted me and waited while I decorated to make arrival special. Came back a second time to add to it and found they had a birthday cake towel deliver to add to the decorations. I so appreciate their willingness to let me do that and even extra thoughtfulness. I am terrible at names but I believe the ladies name was Invidia. Very lovely. Thank you. I’ve stayed here many times but this was likely the best stay. Also got me into a room very tucked away with a great room and balcony. Private and quiet but still in the middle of all I love in Downtown Cabo. Thank you!

The resort was excellent the staff was great we had an issue about our room we paid for a room with a marina view when we checked in we were told there are no elevators near the room and a lot of steps we could not accept that we had to pay another 500$ for a different room on a floor with a closer elevator same type of room made us very happy 😆

Enjoyed our stay will be back however the pool needs to be heated as everyone I seen had issues with the temperature. If the pool was heated I reckon more people would use the swim up bar would bring in more revenue I’m my opinion

BEWARE! This is a members resort. The rooms purchased on-line are not the same as the member rooms and they are not necessarily as pictured on-line. Our standard room had a window out to a fire hose in a hallway (many non member rooms didn't even have a window.) We requested a better room, as pictured on Expedia, and got the same standard room but with a sliding glass door out to an 18 inch "balcony" with no seating, so be sure to look at the "outdoor space" in the description before you book. Our room had no seating/chairs, no fan in the bathroom, TV not connected, no microwave, sliding door didn't lock, only one towel hook. Staff was friendly and helpful. Near activities but not peaceful. We were there with members so we were treated well.
