The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking, from stainless steel appliances to a wine fridge. The condo also includes a full water filtration system, ensuring all water is safe to drink.

No smoking inside the condo. A $200 USD penalty will be charged if this rule is violated. If you wish to smoke, please do so only on the terrace area with the doors closed.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. This is a residential community, and we kindly ask you to be respectful of our neighbors’ rest and privacy.
