Everything about this resort was amazing. There was literally always someone cleaning the grounds, walls, stairs, pools, rooms, etc. Staff was impeccable and very friendly- always with a smile. The food at Del Arco was amazing (spare one undercooked chicken fingers incident). The food at the sister Del Palmar was not as great but can't have everything! Will definitely stay with The Villa Group again!

ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT PROPERTY! I took my 2 daughters to the Villa del Arco for their college spring break and we absolutely loved our stay. Let me start out by saying I have stayed at literally hundreds of 5 star-resorts around the world (I travel in my occupation). Here is my assessment of the Villa del Arco: SAFETY 10/10 - never even crossed my mind and felt safe 24 hours a day. STAFF 10/10 - the best I have seen from the lobby, pool, maintenance, restaurants, etc. Let me single out 2 in particular: MARINO and ALBERTO in El Patron Restaurant. I hope you get to experience their patronage because they are two of the finest gentlemen I have ever met. RESTAURANTS 10/10 - all were magnificent, but our favorite was of course, El Patron. PROPERTY/CONDITIONS 10/10 - Immaculate and constantly cleaning and maintaining the grounds, elevators, pool chairs, lobby, bathrooms, etc. The grounds are very pretty and like I said.....clean. Never saw an insect of any kind the entire week. SHOPPING 10/10 - nice big market on property for odds and ends and the marina is a short walk down the beach, quick cab ride, or fun cheap water taxi. TRANSPORTATION 10/10 - hotel radios security to send up a vetted cab driver through their gates, identifies driver as legitimate and about a 3 minute ride to the marina and very affordable. CONVENIENCE 10/10 - best location on the beach and next to many activities, rentals and water taxis. QUIET 10/10. Hope this helps you all. Book it, trust me!!.

This will definitely be a yearly trip back to this resort. Outstanding staff, food was incredible. Super safe, close to the marina and water taxis to Lovers beach. The ocean area was safe to swim in, the hotel was in mint condition. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. The staff again were the most amazing people

Villa del Arco was beautiful, peaceful, and well situated. The pools were gorgeous with a nice variety of temperatures, and the restaurants and service were excellent. My inky complaint is that I would have preferred to hear some Mexican music, over the 00s top 40 playlist.

The resort was so clean and the food and staff were outstanding. We have absolutely no complaints and Emmanuel served us many days at breakfast and he was the "BEST". We were a group of 5 women friends and our first stay at Villa Del Arco. Definitely a great choice for us. The staff were so friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool area was relaxing and the restaurants had amazing food. We had the all inclusive and it was such a great choice. Will be back again, hopefully as a yearly trip.
