I stayed here with 9 girls for my bachelorette party, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We also felt safe throughout our stay.I really wanted to give this property 5 stars because Hector and his team were very kind, responsive, and quick to address any concerns & the home was very nice.The reason for my 4-star rating is due to ongoing plumbing and AC issues. As the bride, I stayed in the downstairs king suite. While the bedroom AC worked okay, the bathroom AC struggled to cool properly. More concerning were the leaks—we experienced three in total, with the most inconvenient one being directly above the master bedroom doorframe. The leak worsened each day, and by the last night, it sounded as though someone was taking a shower. I would have to wake up in the middle of the night to dump bowls of water so it wouldn’t overflow onto the floor.Each time I contacted Hector and his team, they were prompt in sending someone to address the problem, but unfortunately, the issue was never fully resolved.Overall, this home is spacious, safe, in a good location, and managed by a kind and attentive team, but I do hope the plumbing and AC concerns are permanently fixed for future guests as it was disruptive to my sleep and I would get wet every time I walked out my door.
