Welcome to the modern ocean-view house Casa Ayla in the Mar Vista Community of Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica. To reach this hidden gem, you will need to descend a few stairs from the parking area, but the reward is worth it. From its terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the tranquil surroundings.



This cozy house features 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable Queen Size Bed, and a shared Jack'n'Jill bathroom. It's perfect for up to 4 people.



Inside, you'll find everything you need for a delightful stay. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, rice cooker and coffee machine and a round dining table for 4 people. The integrated living room has a Samsung Smart TV and a sofa. Step outside to the terrace and enjoy your morning coffee with beautiful ocean views. The bedrooms have air conditioning and fans to keep you comfortable, one of the bedrooms has a safe for your valuables and there's Wi-Fi to keep you connected and a workspace in each room if needed.



We would like to point out that the bedrooms are not directly connected to the living room. You have to use the entrances from the terrace to get from the living area to the bedrooms.



This cute vacation home shares a barbecue area, plunge pool, sundeck, and laundry facilities with two other apartments.

Lovely time at Casa Ayla!

I stayed at Casa Ayla with my two teenagers and we had an amazing time. I absolutely recommend Casa Ayla! Amazing hostesses Fanny and Vlady are warm and very welcoming. The house is totally equipped with everything one needs and more... From baking supplies to yoga mats, to high ceilings, and my feet loved the pebble type of shower floor :) Did I mention the outstanding sunrise and sunsets we had there? A must experience to enjoy with your love ones!

Casa Ayla is a true gem! The home was perfectly and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Ideal for couples seeking quiet and privacy or families who want to be close but still have individual space. Casa Ayla merges the luxury of a high-end hotel room with the flexibility and convenience of a vacation rental. Our family enjoyed the pool, INCREDIBLE sunsets and close access to local restaurants and beaches. The property is carefully and lovingly maintained by Tico owners who ensure your stay is not only comfortable and luxurious but filled with the very essence of pura vida. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!

Visita en Casa Ayla

Recientemente visité Casa Ayla y me hospedé en la Casa B, con mi familia de cuatro. Es un apartamento que cuenta con dos habitaciones y baño compartido. Simplemente espectacular!!! Tanto cocina como habitaciones totalmente equipadas y cómodas. Excelente servicios de limpieza. Los propietarios muy amables. El residencial es muy tranquilo y silencioso, perfecto para el descanso. La vista desde todo el complejo es bellísima!!!! El sitio es céntrico y pudimos visitar varias playas, cuenta con acceso a senderos naturales para caminatas. Muy fresco por estar un poco más arriba en la colina. Excelente acceso y ubicación. Repetiría mil veces. Gracias por la experiencia.
