Important to Know



•A refundable security deposit hold of $500 is required prior to check-in and will be released shortly after check-out, provided no damage is reported during your stay.

•The open-concept kitchen and living room are not internally connected to the bedrooms; guests must go through the terrace to reach the other space.

•The home itself is single-level, with no stairs required inside. However, a few stairs lead up to the parking area, and a few steps lead down to the shared BBQ area and plunge pool deck.

•Mar Vista is an active development — occasional daytime construction noise may occur.
