200m from the beach, beautiful 3-room mezzanine apartment with a capacity of 4 people and an area of approximately 37m² with a west-facing balcony with sea view. The apartment includes: a living room/lounge (with a TV flat screen and DVD player) opening onto a balcony with sea view and view of the Cabourg Thalasso, an American kitchen (a refrigerator, a combined oven/microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker and a classic coffee maker), a bathroom with WC (an electric towel dryer, a walk-in shower and a washing machine); upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom (with a 140x190 bed) and a second bedroom (with 2 twin 90x190 beds). Internet access is available free of charge in the accommodation.
Parking is free in the residence.
Pets are not accepted in this rental.

Angenheme Wohnung für zwei

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, wir haben uns hier sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und die Details entsprachen auch die Beschreibung auf FEWO. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Jedoch das Bad war bei unserer Ankunft für uns nicht ausreichend sauber. Bitte darauf achten. Wir haben selbst verbessert und der Urlaub ist uns gelungen.:-)
