This charming 40 m² flat with a sea view and direct access to the beach is available to rent in Cabourg. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 10 m² small garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- One bedroom with bunk beds (2 single beds)
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside area :
- An unfenced, north-facing garden facing the sea with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Cabourg, a Mecca of the Belle Epoque with an eclectic heritage. Discover its legendary villas, gardens, dunes and beaches... Just 2 km away is Dives-sur-Mer, a charming town packed with listed monuments, including the medieval covered market, the Bois-Hibout manor house and Notre-Dame church. You can try your hand at sailing or water sports at Port Guillaume. This beautiful region promises a holiday full of discoveries!

Situation idéale
Si l’appartement est idéalement situé avec une vue imprenable sur la manche et la plage, qu’il dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire, nous avons eu la surprise de trouver l’appartement dont la société d’entretien choisie par le propriétaire manquait de sérieux : traces de doigts sur tous les vitrages et sur la télévision, sol pas lavé dans le salon, poussière et cheveux sur les bords du couchage (canapé pliant), porte de meuble endommagé. De plus, nous avons été surpris par l’absence de vaisselle qui en fait se trouvait dans le lave-vaisselle laissé en route par les précédents occupants. Contactée par messagerie, la propriétaire n’a pas pris le temps de nous répondre. Je pense qu’elle devrait changer de partenaire pour entretenir son appartement. Malgré ces soucis domestiques, c’est avec plaisir que nous y reviendrons
