L'appartement est bien situé, très proche de la plage et du centre ville. La place de parking en sous sol est appréciable en haute saison. Le propriétaire est très agréable et réactif.

Très bon séjour

Location confortable, propre, bien située, calme avec vue agréable sur les jardins à partir du balcon. La mer est à 1 mn à pied. Juste une petite remarque sur le matelas de l'un des lits, qui est un peu juste au niveau de l'épaisseur. Mais c'est un détail, le reste est parfait.

Bon appartement.

Très bon séjour. Le logement est relativement spatieux, propre et surtout très bien placé. On voit que l'appartement est en cours d'amélioration, toutes les peintures sont neuves, et la cuisine également. Reste quelques travaux à faire pour le rendre parfait (refaire les huisseries et l'isolation, mettre du double vitrage, améliorer la salle de bain 1970, en remplaçant la baignoire par une douche par exemple, et puis remplacer le lit-armoire par un simple sommier).

Appartement bien situé (rue parallèle à la promenade Marcel Proust) .... à 3 minutes du Grand Hôtel et du Casino ... et donc pas très loin du centre ville. Calme et conforme à la description. Des verres à pied seraient les bienvenus pour les amateurs de vin ...
