This charming 30 m² air-conditioned flat in Cabriès can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 15 m² living room with TV, pull-out sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker, etc.
- A south-facing bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath, WC and heated towel rail.

Shared outside area :
- Leisure areas including a children's playground and petanque courts.

The flat is ideally located in Cabriès, in a very pleasant environment. The area is peaceful and set in a natural environment, with many opportunities for walks right outside the residence. The first beach is 11 km away. A golf course, stud farm and equestrian centre are the nearest neighbours. Tennis courts and a fitness trail are next to the residence. A shopping area is 8 minutes away by car, and the village with local shops is 5 minutes away.

The flat is ideally located for exploring Marseille and the surrounding area. Don't hesitate to visit the Parc National des Calanques to enjoy the biodiversity and beauty of the landscape!

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence car park. Parking is free. There are also spaces for bicycles.
