Fully renovated 19th-century bastide. A haven of peace facing the sea, 15 km from Cannes. A 3-hectare estate offering complete privacy within an olive grove. The terraced garden is a listed feature and includes a swimming pool (9m x 4m). Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room (except the twin bedroom) and is equipped with a television and internet access. There is a large-screen TV lounge with a sofa bed, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a rotunda overlooking the valley, and a 30 m² kitchen (with modern appliances and two fridge/freezers). A terrace features a table for 10 and a barbecue. The house is entirely supplied with spring water from the mountains. The village of Cabris is a typical Provençal village, perched on a rocky spur overlooking the Siagne Valley. Numerous restaurants are nearby. The Claux Amic golf course is also close by. Access to the GR 51, the Balcon de la Méditerranée hiking trail, is also available.
