It is located on the promenade of Cádiz, just a short walk from Playa de la Victoria, considered the best beach in Europe and close to very prestigious restaurants.

The apartment has 72m2, is located on the 11th floor with two bedrooms and capacity for up to 5 people thanks to its comfortable sofa bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable queen size bed and the other has a comfortable double bed. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. The house also has wonderful floor-to-ceiling glazing in the living room from where you can enjoy the best views of the sea and the best sunsets.



Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Andalusian Government on Housing for Tourist Purposes).
