Atico Solarium CITY Hall is a spectacular flat with terrace. It can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor with lift. It is located in the most important square of the city, San Juan de Dios, the Town Hall.



A few steps from the flat you will find cafes, restaurants, small supermarkets, shops everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in the city.



On entering the flat you will find a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom. From the living room there is access to the bedroom, where you will find a queen-size bed and storage space. From the bedroom, there is access to 2 private terraces, one covered and one solarium with sun loungers and equipped with a cold water shower.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Wonderful stay in Cádiz

We enjoyed a lovely holiday at this apartment and look forward to returning.All services provided by Cádiz rentals were wonderful.

Great Location; solarium and terrace not very usable in summer

Great location right on the main square. It is easy to walk everywhere in Cadiz from the apartment. We were there 9 nights in July. Main drawback is that in the summer the Terrace is unusable except late at night because there is no shelter from the sun. Also the solarium can get extremely hot. The AC does not extend there. We asked for two fans. The owner provided one; and we had to buy one. We also had to buy an umbrella to use horizontally to reduce the amount of sun in the solarium. All that took time to organise but it was necessary. Without the use of the solarium and terrace, the living area of the apartment is very small. This may not be a problem outside summer months.
