Excellent location in the heart of the Santa María neighborhood, the cradle of flamenco in the city, and surrounded by such interesting places as the Roman Theater, Santa María Beach or the Puertatierra walls and with excellent gastronomic options in which to taste the best dishes such as Destino, La Fragua or La Bodeguita de Plocia among many others located in the nearby Plocia street, a gastronomic route of the city.The apartments have capacity for 4 people and the building has an elevator. In addition, being located in a semi-pedestrian street you ensure the best possible rest. They have an excellent WiFi connection with which you will not miss anything that happens in the world and with which you can work remotely if you had to.The apartments have a living-dining room, with a double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Modern and equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and ceramic hob. The bedrooms, also with air conditioning, a very large closet with which to store all your belongings and the en suite bathroom with shower.Do not worry about bringing a hair dryer, iron for clothes, sheets or towels because you will find them upon arrival. Even if you come for more than a week, we will leave extra sheets and towels in the bedroom closet. Perfection in Cadiz

Excellent located apartment. Just minutes from train station and major plaza. Food locations near, having a large assortment of all cuisines. Quiet neighborhood, with friendly locals. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Cadiz

Communication was good. They also contacted with via whatsapp. They held my bags before I could check in. The location of their office was on the way to the apartment and a short walk from the train and bus stations. The location of the apartment was great as it was a short walk to the main attractions and to an Aldi grocery store. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was quiet for sleeping, had great wifi and fully stocked kitchen. I strongly recommend staying here when in Cadiz.

Gute Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut inmitten der autofreien Altstadt. Zu Fuß 10 min zur Stadtmitte (Markthalle, Kathedrale) - 10 min zum Strand. Erster Eindruck war aufgrund der Differenz zum schönen Werbefotos enttäuschend. Das Entfernen des Wachstischtuchs vom Esstisch und der braunen Tagesdecke machte die Wohnung dann freundlicher. Zugangsstörung um Mitternacht (WLAN) könnte relativ schnell vom Notfalldienst beseitigt werden. Auch die Störung am Boiler wurde durch einen Fachmann kurzfristig behoben. Alles in Allem zufriedenstellend.

Un muy buen apartamento.

Apartamento ideal, muy acogedor y muy nuevo. Los electrodomésticos nuevos a estrenar. A menos de diez minutos andando de la estación de trenes ,de autobuses y del puerto. A cinco minutos andando del centro. Muy cerca de colmados, supermercados, bares y restaurantes. Los profesionales muy atentos.
