The FANTASIA Bética Duplex is located in a historic 19th century estate, where the composer Manuel de Falla lived and which has been completely rehabilitated in 2023, preserving original details with a special charm.



It is excellently located in the middle of Calle Ancha de Cádiz, one of the most important commercial streets in the city, a step away from Plaza San Antonio and Plaza del Palillero, the nerve centers of Cadiz life.



The apartment has capacity for 5 people thanks to its three bedrooms. There you will get as much disconnection as possible thanks to its community chill out located on the top floor of the building.



It has a quality WiFi connection with which you can make calls over the Internet since coverage could be limited depending on the room and your telephone operator.



The duplex also has a living-dining room, a beautiful kitchen equipped with an oven and a dishwasher.

Ideally located on a bustling pedestrian street, but inside the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Easy walking distance to anywhere in old Cádiz. Highly recommend.

Central location, comfortable beds, very quiet at night. Small coffee supply for machine appreciated. Great communication via text before and during stay. Your taxi recommendation was also excellent. As it was our first visit to Cadiz, a paper map left on the table would have been a nice touch.

Cadiz break

Excellent apartment - right in the centre of the old city, but surprisingly peaceful. Spotlessly clean and easy to access. Great restaurants and cafes close by. We were three, but if each of the five beds had been filled, there wasn't a great deal of living space and seating.

Great location

The apartment was located in the pedestrian area, right in restaurant and shops area. It was very quiet. It lacked decent furniture in the living room; having an uncomfortable couch and no other real chairs.upstairs the shower was too small to stand in.

Excellent customer service, great location

The best bit of the accommodation is the service. The location of the flat is very good on a lively pedestrianised street. Old Town Cadiz is small and you can walk anyway in 20 mins. The layout of the flat is also good. Improvement area: the quality of interior. Eg bedding, towels & sofa/other furnishings.

La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento. Camas cómodas. Aire acondicionado. Muy tranquilo y silencioso a pesar de estar en pleno centro de la ciudad. En general muy bien. El sofá del salón es muy pequeño e incómodo y ya está muy sucio, deberían pensar en cambiarlo. El menaje de cocina es algo limitado.

Un rinconcito en la mejor ubicacion de Cadiz.

Nos ha gustado mucho el piso en general, la ubicación y la dotación del apartamento esta genial muy agradable. En todo el centro pero muy tranquilo. Se agradece que tener 2 baños para 5 personas. Como pequeña pega, mejoraria las almohadas. Los 5 nos quejamos de lo mismo. Subrayo pequeña pega, el apartamento nos encantó.

APARTAMENTO ACOGEDOR TIPO ESTUDIO

Céntrico, bien comunicado, con red WIFI de buena velocidad, uso de cocina y lavadora. La atención al cliente fue fabulosa. Nos dieron todo lo que necesitábamos. La zona no dispone de cobertura telefónica ni de red móvil, pero no sé si eso tiene arreglo. El piso huele un poco a cerrado por ser un bajo. Nos aparecieron un par de cucarachas.
