Duplex La MURALLA Medieval is a 35m2 flat for 2 adults located on the ground floor. It is located in a small building refurbished in 2018 in Fabio Rufino street, in the Pópulo neighbourhood. In the works, a considerable part of the medieval wall of Cádiz, which was hidden in the old building, has been brought to light and has been included as a fundamental axis in the decoration of the flat.



The flat is divided into two floors where, despite its small size, there is space for a spacious living room, a kitchen and a cosy bedroom.



It is located in a pedestrian street in the emblematic Pópulo district, considered the oldest in Europe. A few steps from the flat you will find cafes, restaurants, small supermarkets, shops... everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in the city.



On the ground floor you will find the open plan kitchen and the living room with smart TV, from which a spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the bedroom and bathroom en suite. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and Smart TV.



It is decorated with antiques, kilims and unique reclaimed vintage pieces.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Junta de Andalucía Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

do not believe all the information you read

appearance looks ok until you look behind items that have not been cleaned in months. the utensils in the kitchen where not sufficient to prepare meals for 2 people. the so called dishwasher was a joke . the staff in the office where pleasant but obviousely hired for their charm not their knowledge

Excellent service, beautiful apartments

The team of Cadiz4rentals went out of their way to ensure our stays in 3 apartments over the course of 6 weeks were comfortable and easy. Special thanks to Alejandro for helping us with some language barriers in Spain. The apartments are all spotless and in great locations, exactly as advertised. This specific apartment is at the heart of el Populo right next to many popular restaurants and cosy terraces and bars. We spent multiple evenings here and it was so convenient to only walk 1 or 2 minutes back home. We liked this district most for going out and enjoying the terraces. The apartment is also right next to one of the biggest squares, where we enjoyed many morning coffees and breakfasts. You walk out of the door and within minutes can get to a coffee place, ice cream, restaurant, bar, supermarket etc. Finally, it is the best location when you like to go to the beach often but still want to stay in the old town. Within 10 minutes you have reached the nearest beach, and you get there by walking the beautiful boulevard with amazing views next to the water, seeing the beach in the distance. Next visit to Cadiz I will rent again from this company and stay in this district. The check-in process had to be repeated for all apartments, even though we were filling in the same information. Perhaps you can improve the booking process for repeating customers. The dishwashing detergent was very small for a two week stay, and there was only 1 dishwasher tablet. Perhaps you can adjust the quantities provided based on the duration of the stay.

Me ha gustado el apartamento ya q estaba muy bien decorado y sobretodo aislado del ruido. Como situado está metido en el centro y se agradece ya q no pierdes tiempo en desplazamiento, repetimos seguro El acceso a la zona de arriba poniendo mas seguridad
