At the back on the left, a modern elevator provides easy access to our three floors of luxurious apartments, as well as the communal terrace and the convenient laundry room. A short walk down the hallway from the elevator and to the right will lead you to your temporary home, a bright and charming exterior space.
As you enter the apartment, you are welcomed by a magnificently furnished living room, which shines not only for its comfort and design but also for its versatility. Equipped with a sofa bed and a coffee table, this living space also features a state-of-the-art Smart TV, ideal for leisurely evenings. Adorned with two bright exterior balconies, the living room offers impressive views of the bustling Calle Compañía.
The kitchen, with its open and modern design, perfectly combines functionality and aesthetics. Fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, this kitchen features a central island that serves as the heart of the apartment, complemented by three stylish barstools, ideal for breakfasts or informal dinners.
The master bedroom, located to the right as you enter the apartment, offers an intimate and cozy atmosphere. The large bed (180 x 200 cm), along with a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers, ensures perfect space for rest and storage. The bright exterior balcony adds a special touch, offering panoramic views of Calle Compañía.
Finally, the bathroom, located at the back of the apartment, features a modern shower protected by a glass screen. Additionally, it has a window that opens onto the building’s central patio, ensuring natural light and proper ventilation.
