In the middle of the avenue, the main artery of the city and just 100m from the great Victoria Beach, one of the best in Europe, this apartment is also surrounded by very good restaurants and a multitude of services where you will not miss anything at all.



143m2 accommodation! on the 5th floor with elevator and with capacity for up to 8 people. The apartment has a beautiful living room with a sofa that catches you, 4 bedrooms with two comfortable single beds each where you can rest like a baby, a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub so that you don't miss even one of those foam baths. that so much desire during the vacations; and a practical kitchen with dishwasher and oven where you can cook and taste the best baked fish from the bay with all of your friends.



Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made. In the house you will also find an iron for clothes, a cot and cot linen (if you notify us in advance) and a vacuum cleaner.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).
