Not a good experience this time around!

This was our 2nd stay and was a bit disappointed with no paper towels and it wasn't clean. Stove is dirty and we sent an email regarding no paper towels in the room or dish towels but we received no response at all. Just doesn't seem very professional. Nobody came by to see if we needed more towels or anything. All in all we should have had the necessary amenities for the amount we paid for not even 2 full days.

Property was very clean and close to the things we wanted to do. This is the perfect property if you have a boat and want it docked right outside. There is no Wi-Fi in the cabin so plan accordingly. Also-if you’re like me and are used to higher toilet seats-be prepared-the seat is a low rider😂😂😂. The bar next door was nice. A lady came in while we were there concerned that her nephews were lost on the lake in a canoe. The staff immediately got someone on a jet ski to search for them and found them quickly.

Week fishing trip with my son

We reserved on a short notice. The room was as listed. With in addition to pots pans and Utensils for us to cook with.. The weather was very hot and the A/C worked great, keeping the room at a very comfortable temperature throughout the day.. The manager was very understanding of our needs to plug in our boat and worked with us generously to accommodate parking and charging needs.. There was covered boat slips offered at reasonable rates with electric that we chose not to rent do too the distance on lake we was fishing.. However daytime use was allowed to dock and eat when in the area.. Internet service was a weak but the area is a secluded marina on the lake , so it was understandable… The other down fall for us was tight quarters to get the boat in and out but manageable with patience.. The restaurant was accessible the food was good and entertainment on the weekend was above our expectations for karaoke.. Our over all experiences was very enjoyable .. Thank you Moon River Marina..
