Located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, this 60 m² modern apartment offers a bright living/dining room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, air conditioning, washing machine, Italian, drip, and French press coffee makers (no capsules), cable TV, air heater, shower gel and shampoo, crib, beach umbrellas, and towels. The highlight is the private rooftop terrace with dining area, romantic lounge, flowers, and awning. Enjoy barbecuing fresh meals while taking in ocean views. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, and Plaza Mina are just a minute’s walk away. Alameda Apodaca with its gardens is 120 m away. La Caleta Beach is 1.2 km (16 min walk). Cadiz

Nice location, close to beach in the walled city. We appreciated and used the balcony. Must be good with stairs as it’s on the 4th floor. Would stay here again.

Terrible experience!

Could not enter the property. App didn't work to open the main door. No ownership or management on site. This is an apartment on the 4th floor. Entrance is on a narrow street with nowhere to leave or unload your luggage. Description doesn't state anything about property not having an elevator. Couldn't enter. Struggling to get someone to respond to even consider a refund. Extremely frustrating and dissapointing experience!
