Villa in Cadzand-Bad near North Sea Beach

This semi-detached villa (two under one roof) is located in the Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad holiday park, just 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the renowned and vibrant Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.

The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, in addition to the living room with TV and an open plan kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher, you'll find a double bedroom with a shower ensuite bathroom. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. The first floor has three more double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a nice infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There is a second separate toilet on the landing. All beds are single box-spring beds, which are either pushed together to make a double bed, or left separately in a twin-room setup. A washing machine in the storage room completes the facilities.

Through the French doors, you reach the garden with a terrace with garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
