No cot available despite booking one

The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us.

Bof, Ă©tablissement franchement pas terrible. La kitchenette mal Ă©quipĂ©e ( 2 fourchettes et un couteau !!). L'agent d'accueil a du mal Ă  lever sa tĂȘte pour dire bonjour...bref, 3 nuits sont bien suffisantes pour ne pas vouloir prolonger son sĂ©jour.

Petit-dĂ©jeuner trĂšs basique, accueil trĂšs moyen, prix Ă©levĂ© par rapport Ă  la qualitĂ©, bĂątiment mal entretenu. Positif: parking privatif. NĂ©gatif : tĂ©lĂ©commande TV ne fonctionne pas. Indigne d’un trois Ă©toiles. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas.

Cet appart hotel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles. Il y a tres peu d'ustensiles de cuisine et pas de prise électrique pour les appareils ménagers. Les rideaux sont en mauvais état. On entend le tramway tard dans la soirée et le mobilier est rudimentaire.

nous avons eu la surprise d'ĂȘtre surclassĂ©s et c'est vraiment un beau cadeau: grande suite confortable avec une baignoire,cuisine Ă  part ,lit king size. On pourrait y passer plusieurs jours sans se gener pour vivre .

accueil agréable et efficace. chambre spacieuse ,lit confortable.Il y a tout le nécéssaire de base dans la salle de bain et dans la cuisine. bravo pour les sacs de tri des déchets. grand bureau avec prises de courant . grand plcard de rangement. nous sommes satisfaits de notre choix.
