Bonjour et merci d'avoir pris le temps de donner votre avis sur notre hôtel. Nous sommes ravis que votre chambre vous ai convenu et que vous ayez passé une nuit confortable grâce à notre literie "sweet bed". Nous sommes désolés que certain points de votre séjour ne se soit pas passé comme vous l'auriez souhaité. Effectivement la ville de Caen étant en travaux quelques déviations ont été mise en place mais pas de soucis pour accéder au parking qui se trouve juste à côté. Notre hôtel possède en effet tous les attraits du centre-ville avec sa proximité avec la gare, les commerces et restaurants et tous les monuments. Nous espérons vous revoir lors de votre prochain séjour pour que nous puissions vous donner une meilleure impression ! Cordialement,
