Great area to stay!

We always enjoy our visits to Italy and this location did not disappoint! Very helpful on check in and explaining about the apartment and area

Management oversight needed

The owners are nice and responsive. But the apartment needs care and maintenance to be a rental. The bathroom is full of mold with peeling paint. Toilet in main bathroom is held together with tape. Living room floor quite scratched up. Bathroom screen is torn with holes so mosquitoes come in if you leave bathroom window open. The question that matters in a review is: Would you rent this apartment again? Our answer is no. Pictures on the VRBO site look better than reality.
