Proximity to be able to walk to most or all that we wanted to visit including railway station. Communication with Rosanna was easy she replied promptly to any questions. Apartment modern & clean.

This apartment was in a great location and very clean and spacious. Rossana was lovely and responsive. I did experience some street noise as the place is close to bars and restaurants but I expected that and it wasn’t too loud. I highly recommend this place!

L'appartement très bien placé dans Cagliari, avec plusieurs arrêts de bus à proximité.Il est bien climatisé, assez spacieux, avec un petit local pour stocker les valises et autres sacs ; sans oublier le petit balcon (parfait pour y mettre l'étendoir à linge).En résumé, bel appartement très bien placé ! Bel appartement très bien situé à proximité d'une rue piétonne très animée le soir avec différents types de restaurants et bars. Il y a également tous les commerces nécessaires et le centre historique est à 10-15 minutes à pied. Rossana est très disponible pour donner des informations utiles. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

"Ein Paradies in Cagliari: Unser Traumurlaub in der Innenstadt mit einer herzlichen Gastgeberin!"

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung mitten in der Innenstadt von Cagliari war schlichtweg fantastisch! Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns hier wie zu Hause und das verdanken wir vor allem unserer äußerst engagierten Gastgeberin.Obwohl wir aufgrund unserer späten Ankunft Sorgen hatten, installierte sie extra einen Schlüsselsafe, damit wir problemlos in die Wohnung gelangen konnten. Dieses Maß an Flexibilität und Fürsorge war wirklich bemerkenswert und hat uns gleich zu Beginn beeindruckt.Die Wohnung selbst ist ein wahrer Schatz. Sie ist zwar nicht sehr groß, reicht aber vollkommen für eine 4 köpfige Familie und war makellos sauber und gut ausgestattet.Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist unschlagbar. Mitten im Herzen von Cagliari gelegen, konnten wir bequem zu Fuß zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäften gelangen.Unsere Gastgeberin war nicht nur eine hervorragende Quelle für lokale Informationen, sondern auch äußerst aufmerksam und stets erreichbar, um sicherzustellen, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Sie ging wirklich über das hinaus, was man von einem Gastgeber erwarten kann, und das machte unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich. Alles in allem können wir diese Ferienwohnung in Cagliari uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wenn Sie eine Unterkunft suchen, die nicht nur perfekt gelegen ist, sondern auch von einer so engagierten und herzlichen Gastgeberin betreut wird, dann ist dies die richtige Wahl. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine au sein de cette location. Elle est idéalement située dans Cagliari, proche de toutes commodités et des transports pour relier les plages. Par ailleurs, à environ 3/4 minutes à pied, on rejoint la rue "Corso Vittorio Emmanuele II" qui est une des rues vivantes de Cagliari, peuplée de restaurant (pizzéria, spécialités...). En remontant cette rue, nous arrivons dans le centre de Cagliari avec ses rues commerçante. Par ailleurs l’appartement est parfaitement équipé (climatisation, cuisine, etc). La propriétaire, rosanna, est très sympathique et disponible pour répondre à chacune de nos questions. Nous vous le recommandons !

Dejlig ferielejlighed i Cagliari

Det er en stor og bekvem ferielejlighed tæt på center af Cagliari. Allerede forud for vores ankomst har vi haft direkte kontakt med Fru Rossana via WhatsUp og vi har har fået detaljeret vejledning vedr. ankomstens detaljer. Lejligheden ligger meget centralt på 5. sal (med elevator), tæt på mange spændende restauranter, bageri, grøntsagerbutik og supermarket. Desuden har man i nearheden Orto Botanico, Casa di Tigelio og Anfiteatro Romano indenfor 15 min. gangdistancen. Fru Rossana har løbende under opholdet besvaret vores mange spørgsmål vedr. praktiske ting såsom indkøb af souvenirs osv. Lejligheden er meget brugbar og har god bus forbindelse med bl. stranden Poetto, som er fantastisk. Vi vil gerne sige mange tak til Fru Rossana for gæstfrihed og hjælpsomhed under vores ophold i ferielejligheden.

Good, clean stay in bright and sunny apartment

Apartment was very well kept, clean and is a brilliant launch pad to explore Cagliari and surrounding areas. Location is great, just a 5-10 minute stroll to tasty, traditional restaurants and places to enjoy aperitif (I recommend Tiffany). Rossana wasn't able to be there; however her mother met us to give us the keys which worked out well; and Rosanna was on hand via Whatsapp or telephone to help us, which was comforting. The only downside to the apartment was the lack of little extras, such as soap to wash hands with in the bathroom/kitchen, and things I would have expected past guests to leave such as olive oil / dried herbs to cook with, or teabags/coffee to get you started. Those little extras make a stay special and extra welcoming to guests - and we had to buy all of these things. Hoping they will stay for the next guests to enjoy and aren't taken away. But all in all, a good stay and good communication from our host!

Rossana nous a bien accueilli, très sympathique.

Très bon séjour dans cette appartement au centre ville proche des bus qui relie la ville dont la plage des bons restaurants , supermarché, etc... L'appartement est conforme au photo, il est très beau et spacieux.Il est tout équipé, il manque juste une machine à laver pour moi ,sinon très bien . Je suis venu avec mes deux enfants en bas âge et Rossana à gentillement mis un lit bébé pour mon petit garçon. Elle a aussi appeler un taxi pour mon départ. Merci beaucoup. Cagliari est une très belle ville et les gens sont très gentil . Je recommande.

Favoloso soggiorno in centro storico a Cagliari.....appartamento con recente ristrutturazione moderna al 5 piano con ascensore...comodo per spostamenti a piedi per il centro e per tutti i tipi di servizi...per il mare è necessario lo spostamento in auto o con i mezzi pubblici....davvero un ottimo ricordo di questa vacanza , della gentilissima proprietaria e della sua estrema disponibilità

Siamo stati a Cagliari la prima settimana di settembre ,io e i miei 2 ragazzi.Ottima scelta di sistemazione , la descrizione dell'appartamento, pulitissimo, era corretta come pure le foto pubblicate , tutto corrispondeva. Ottima la posizione, sotto casa ci sono molti negozietti di alimentari, vicinissimo a ristoranti e locali, a 200 mt. c'è anche un ristorante vegetariano "Gintilla" che consiglio , come il ristorante "Sa osa" nel quartiere Marina su una traversa di via Sassari. Piazza Yenne ,sempre animatissima la sera è a 10 min a piedi, tutto è vicinissimo,porto, stazione ffss, autobus, i quartieri più animati.Noi avevamo l'auto che parcheggiavamo sempre sotto casa la sera. La proprietaria è una signora molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consigliamo assolutamente.

Perfetto per il centro di Cagliari

Siamo stati a Ca' de Ross in 4, una settimana nell'Agosto 2014. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto pulito e in ottimo stato, dalle lenzuola alle stoviglie della cucina (fornitissima). Tutto corrispondeva a quanto descritto nell'annuncio e nelle foto: nessuna brutta sorpresa! La proprietaria, Rossana, è stata molto gentile prima, durante e dopo il nostro soggiorno: ci ha indicato degli itinerari per i principali luoghi di interesse e si è sempre mostrata disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande. Un grosso vantaggio della casa è la posizione: moltissimo locali e ristoranti nelle vicinanze (ci è molto piaciuto Ammentos, in via Sassari), a pochi minuti a piedi dalle attrazioni turistiche del centro, e comodissimo da raggiungere dalla stazione dei treni (con cui siamo arrivati dall'aeroporto) e dei bus (da cui si possono raggiungere molte spiagge della zona). Abbiamo avuto un piccolissimo inconveniente, cioè che lo scarico della doccia era un po' lento, ma appena abbiamo contattato la proprietaria si è dimostrata disponibilissima a risolverlo subito, quindi assoluatmente nessun problema alla fine! In conclusione: 5 stelle!
