At 300m walking distance you are at the harbor, the train and bus station, the town hall and Via Roma (the main road along the harbor). Banks, shops, restaurants are only a few minutes walking away.
The Palazzo Nobile was completely restored in 2017. This means new windows, a new lift, new electrical and water pipes, new air conditioning and new interior. All walls are well insulated agains heat / cold and acoustic noise.
