The bedroom has a 43 ”Smart TV with a dedicated Netflix account and can be used free of charge; a Nespresso coffee machine and Alexa home automation system complete the room. Access to the apartment and room is self-check-in with a personal code.

It is located in a residential area 10 minutes from the center on foot. The bus stop is 20 meters away. There is a supermarket, a pharmacy and several bars within 50 meters. The opera house is a 10-minute walk away. The area has numerous free parking spaces. Guests can access the entire hotel at any time through a personal code.
