horrendous!

The property is beautiful but the management company (ESTAY) ignored my text via Whatsapp asked to have someone clean the floor; when they didn't respond I vacuumed the floor myself. I was asked to be availabIe to receive a new garbage calendar and no one came. I asked to have a mop and compost bags delivered...I was again ignored.
