Relax yourself in the quaint and elegant neighbourhood, close to Piazza Yenne where all the happening happens. Stroll around in the Botanic Garden close by after a lovely brunch at the Boutique Hotel Villa Fanny. After that walk downtown to shop, visit bars and restaurants.
French style with a modern kitchen and French windows and Hotel feel of beds with confy mattresses and sheets
For the one that like can have a boat trip to a reasonable price only for our guests to enjoy the gorgeous sea.
Close by you find the lovely city Cagliare, Botanic Garden, Boutique hotel Villa Fanny , Teatro Massimo and ristorants as S'incontro

My stay

Enjoy my stay - Sarah was very responsive and attentive host. The flat just been redecorated and everything is brand new. Wonderful and quiet area of time. The only downside was a 15 min walk to the nearby restaurant otherwise the properly is top.

Nous avions eu un coup de cœur pour les photos, cela semblait être l’endroit idéal pour notre lune de miel. Malheureusement c’est situé dans un quartier universitaire et sur un axe très fréquenté. Peut-être aurions nous dû vérifier sur Waze la circulation avant de réserver. Beaucoup de nuisances sonores jusqu’à très tard la nuit et tôt le matin. Sans parler des voisins au dessus qui ont le pas assez lourd. Cela doit être plus agréable d’être ici en été, pendant les vacances scolaires. Après trois nuits avec 4h de sommeil maximum nous avons pris la décision de partir. Nous avons dû accepter de n’avoir que deux nuits remboursées sur les quatre non faites pour partir le plus vite possible. Bref ce ne fut pas du tout un endroit où se relaxer et se détendre. A priori nous sommes les seuls à nous être plains du bruit, peut être avons-nous une ouïe très développée. Sarah semblait être serviable et réactive.

Lägenhet i toppklass med läge mitt i stan. Vi är mer än nöjda! Jätte nöjda med bemötandet av Sarah och även hennes man Alex. Så varma och gästvänliga! Hade bokat igen, nästa gång vi är i Cagliari.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit in Cagliari sehr zentral

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Hauptstadt Cagliari. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Café, Restaurant sind super erreichbar. Die Stadtmitte ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand Abschnitt von Cagliari in 15 Minuten. Sauberkeit Top und die Gastgeberin war auch sehr Hilfsbereit. Wir kommen er erneut😊

Sarah is very friendly, responded very quickly when we had some questions. The apartment is very lovely, clean, new interior, it was just perfect. We only missed a washing machine 😊 we stayed here for 5 days and drove around Cagliari.

Really nice apartment

A nice apartment with a fresh kitchen and toilets. Sarah was always quick to respond if you had questions and very nice. I really recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a wonderful trip in Cagliari.
