The apartment is located in the San Benedetto district, an elegant district of Cagliari renowned for its abundance of services, its tranquility and centrality. Located in the center on the top floor of a recently renovated Art Nouveau building. The house is located near numerous points of interest including: Via Garibaldi and Via Manno the main shopping streets, Piazza Garibaldi, Piazza Repubblica (Tribunal), and near one of the largest civic markets in Europe, the Market Di San Benedetto, where it is possible to taste and buy excellent fish and various typical Sardinian products. A few steps from the house there are banks, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and numerous bus stops (1,29,30,31, M, 3) and light rail. Thanks to the numerous connections you can easily reach the beautiful Poetto beach which is only 10 minutes away by car.
Inside the building there is a large lift which is very practical for the disabled or strollers.
In the building there is also a gym on the ground floor (with a small swimming pool) which you can use during your stay. Precise that it is a service (for a fee) completely disconnected from this apartment and to take advantage of it you need to speak with the direction of the gym and be provided with a medical certificate
