The vacation apartment "Villalú- Appartamento Tucano" is located in Cagliari's picturesque Villanova neighborhood and is part of a historic Art Nouveau mansion recently renovated with care and elegance. The apartment is organized on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a first bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second floor consists of a comfortable living room with a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction plate, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine) that overlooks a private covered terrace where you can relax at all times of the year. Also on the second floor is the second bedroom and second bathroom.

Additional services include Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The property is strategically located in the historic center and you can easily get around the entire city of Cagliari on foot. All services are located around the house: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. The well-known district market of San Benedetto is within walking distance in a few minutes and offers fresh local products that will allow you to immerse yourself in the culinary traditions of this wonderful island. Poetto beach is a 20-minute bus ride away. Free street parking is available. This facility is equipped with energy-saving lighting. Sustainable materials were used to insulate this facility.

Wow! Amazing Vacation Rental!

I cannot say enough good things about this vacation rental. The property is beautiful and the host is incredible! He provided us with great suggestions on restaurants and things to do and even offered to make reservations for us! He also offered to let us borrow beach equipment. The are this is in is nice and quiet, and a short 15 minute walk to the fun! Highly recommend this stay to a group of 4 or less!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Angelo hat uns herzlich empfangen und viele Ausflugstipps vermittelt.Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Quartier und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Cagliaris sind fussläufig erreichbar.Viele nette Lokale in der Umgebung laden zum Nachtessen ein.
