You're also in the heart of the Occitanie region, perfect for visiting Toulouse, Foix, and Carcassonne, all less than 50 minutes by car! Enjoy a wonderful green vacation in this former Lauragais farmhouse, which includes the owners' home and the two Alba gîtes. A private terrace with garden furniture is available. The large 2.5-hectare unfenced garden is shared by all. A large parking lot has been provided at the entrance to the property. This large gîte is divided into two connecting gîtes: - Alba 1: features a large dining room and a living room equipped with an open kitchen. There's a laundry room under the stairs and a toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs: three bedrooms (1 double bed (160cm)) (2 single beds (80cm) that can be joined together) (2 single beds (80cm) that can be joined together), shower room, and separate toilet. Electric heating. - L'Alba 2 PMR: This two-level gîte has been adapted to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility. The ground floor includes a spacious living room with an open kitchen and an accessible bedroom (1 double bed (160cm)) with its own private shower room/toilet. A staircase leads to a mezzanine that serves two other bedrooms (2 single beds (80cm) that can be joined together) and a second shower room/toilet. Electric heating. Close to two swimming lakes and in the heart of the wonderful hilly region of Lauragais, this large gîte is located in a typical farmhouse! A reception room for 100 people is available on site.
