I arrived on a day when the computer systems were not functioning and although 30mins before check-in was abruptly dismissed away with no ETA provided to check-in. Despite this the duty manager took the feed-back with empathy. The room also had a prior guests nail filings on the carpet… Room for improvement…

Nice location on the Esplanade. Limited parking on site, but plenty on the street. We were on the first floor so unfortunately there was a fair bit of noise from the street. The room was small and a bit dated, but clean. Mattress was old and indented. Friendly staff. The included breakfast buffet was very convenient.

I stayed two times in this hotel. First time was ok, spacious room, old but clean. Breakfast was good enough. Second time I asked for a walk in shower if possible and I got a walk in shower in a huge room on the 7th floor with two balconies with a great view, but the tv wasn’t programmed, the balcony door got stuck and my friend was almost locked outside, the tea kettle leaked water all over the counter, and the room door lock mechanism didn’t work properly (took many tries each time), their dryer broke and my laundry was late coming back. This hotel needs some serious updating.
